Parfait is such a cutie. She was found with her sister, Eclair, behind a foreclosed house. She was shy and undersocialized with people, didn't know how to walk on a leash, and had an auto-immune disease that was eating away at the flesh of her nose.
Things are very different now! She took very well to leash walking and is on medication for her disorder, and her nose is healing up nicely! Although she's still a little shy, she warms up quickly to people and enjoys attention - and when she's excited, she does the cutest little horse trot! She loves her runmate Heidi Lu, and looks up to her as a sort of maternal figure. She gets along great with the guys in her run, too - even Haus the excitable hound.
Parfait is available for sleepovers and has done very well on them - they've been a big part of building her confidence with people. She's a sweetheart!
Adopt Parfait!
I had the pleasure of meeting Parfait back in April and she is on my list for October. Of course I would need to be at BF for 2 months to make my way through the whole list.
Parfait has never been big on toys, but today we stocked the run up to see if she might be interested in any. Yup... she found one!

After months of prep to comply with import laws, Parfair has been ADOPTED and has embarked on a grand tour of the American west before jetting home to Hawaii. Good luck, Parfait!
