Los Angeles & Beverly Hills Calls Needed: Please support a ban on declawing this week
Hello,
Attached is a document that has all of the contact information for two major cities that are trying to outlaw the cruel procedure known as declawing. If you would be so kind, please call all of the 15 people listed for Los Angeles and the one number listed for Beverly Hills and voice your support. Every call counts as 115 votes and at this point this is a numbers game. Legislators who are undecided are literally just tallying votes.
We need your support! Please help. We could really do this if we all stand up and are heard. You can email too if you want. Please don't wait because the vote in Los Angeles is Friday, November 6, 2009 and the vote in Beverly Hills is Thursday, November 5, 2009.
Please forward this to people who love animals. It is now or never. We are so close!

Please urge the Mayors and Councilmembers to support a Ban on Declawing. Please phone and e-mail. All you need to do is inform them that you support the ban. If you have personal experience with problems from declawing, please include that. Be brief and polite and be sure to include your name and address on e-mails.
