One of my fosters was diagnosed with having an elongated palate. Not a health theat and does not have to have medicines; she isn't uncorfortable either. Only 'chuffes' when drinking and splutters sometimes. She's a kitty with a soundtrack as we can hear her breathing, sounds like she'd be humming. I'm relieved athat after several false dxs an x-ray revealed an elongated palate only..
Have no former exoerience with the condition and would appreciate hearing from others that do..thanks!
Marta
The kitty is Nanette(black top), there with sister Juliette
