Well, I adopted her! For rather selfish reasons, I am glad that BF were very circumspect about her living with other dogs since so many people had said that they would have adopted her if she could live with other dogs.
Well, she can. She remains real "aggressive" with male dogs, especially the larger ones. However, once she has barked/growled at them to let them know that she is not going to let them mount her, she then becomes real sweet. She is really wonderful with small dogs. And, there is a very sweet Golden Retriever male, whom she sees on out morning walks whom she will snuggle and lick!
