How to apply for a grant

How to apply for a grant

  1. Review requirements for applying for a grant to ensure you are eligible and are aware of what is involved. We know this is a lot of information, so take your time and let us know if you have any questions that are not covered on our website or in the checklist in step #2.
  2. Click here to download a checklist of all the items you will need to complete our online application, as well as some helpful tips.
  3. Click here to download and complete the Project Narrative. Please note, you do need to download the narrative before you will be able to edit and save it.
*Once completed, you will need to save it so that you can attach it to the grant application webform. You do not have to complete the narrative portion in one sitting.
  4. Click here to access the grant application webform and complete basic information about your organization. Please note, once you begin completing the webform, you will have to complete it in one sitting. Attach your project narrative, letters of support, financial information, supplemental statistics, and other supporting documents to the webform.

*If after you download the checklist, project narrative, and/or the supplemental statistics worksheet, the files do not automatically open, you will need to check the "Downloads" folder on your computer.
