About Lucia
Please meet Lucia, or "Orejas" (ears), as she is being called here due to her huge adorable ears. She is a wonderful young female, about 10 months old and weighing around 40 pounds. Lucia loves to play with other dogs and doesn't mind cats at all. But her favorite things are getting belly rubs and working out on chew toys.
Lucia is currently working hard on being house trained. She was found at a garbage dump, literally trying to survive off of trash. Due to an accident in her past she has an old leg fracture who has long since healed, but one of her legs is just a little bit shorter than the other. We think it makes her even more special! Having lived in the streets for so long, she still needs a little more leash training, but she is doing better every day. Our "Lucy" is dreaming of a loving forever home where she can learn all the tricks of the trade of being a "pet", which she has missed out on for so long!
