About Bella
Bella is a black berkshire rex that is roughly 16-months-old (6/20/08).
One of the several rats who were rescued from a snake breeder, Bella is being fostered by Amanda in Albany, NY. She and Alice are good buddies and they would love to be able to go home together, although it is not necessary.
Here is what the Fo-Mom has to say about Bella:
Bella is a black Berkshire rex with a white stripe down her belly, and yes, her fur is as soft as it looks. For a rat that hasnt had much handling through most of her life, Bella is pretty calm about being picked up and held. She does not like to be restrained though, and if her squirming will not free her, she will use her teeth gently to make her displeasure clear.
She is a very sweet older lady that gives kisses and mule-kicks anyone that approaches the food dish while shes eating!
