Adoption event was a huge success

We had an amazing turn out for the adoption this last weekend In Las Vegas!!! Best Friends volunteers really made all the difference. Holding kittens, talking to potential adopters cleaning up after all the sweet kittens was not all they helped with. They stared working days before the event even started. Hanging posters around town making calls and sending emails, they even helped with the home checks.

We had a blast hundred of folks showed to show support and as of course to adopt a new family member. We had Chanel 3 news show up on Sunday making the 6pm new that night...

This was a great weekend for Las Vegas!!! Thanks you every one for making this event rock!!

Wow! Congratulations on such a successful event. Once again, the power of the amazing dedicated Best Friends volunteers is paving the way for a time when there will be no more homless pets! Bravo! Beth

That's great when you can see that all the hard-work paid off. Congratulations all to effort you put in. And to the adopters. They have begun a new chapter in their lives which will only make it richer.

yay! I work at the petsmart in WI and we have had a lot of luck with out cat adoptions but we could be doing with the dogs but I am very happy to hear this weekend was a success all around!

Congrades. I volunteer at a local animal shelter in IL. some of our kittys are kept at a Petsmart. Your success is encouraging to all no kill shelters. God Bless.
