The article focuses on Christine Booras, who is the caregiver for a community cat colony, the effectiveness of TNR, and the First Coast No More Homeless Pets organization that is fixing cats at a rate of 12,000 per year.

I recently became a monthly giver to Best Friend's because of stories like this,the Trap/Neuter/Return(TNR) being accepted more and more. Thank you Best Friend's for keeping the momentum going with this very important program for community feral cats.
