First Coast No More Homeless Pets in Jacksonville highlighted in local paper.

I recently became a monthly giver to Best Friend's because of stories like this,the Trap/Neuter/Return(TNR) being accepted more and more. Thank you Best Friend's for keeping the momentum going with this very important program for community feral cats.
