I am sorry to hear about Dale, but at least you were able to give him a painless death which he may not have had otherwise. And you do have little Oliver...they both have the same beautiful tabby markings.

Wow, you have been very busy! Sadly, apartment complexes seem to be "ideal" places for some people to dump cats....and sometimes it is residents who move away and let their cats loose outside!!!! If I had an apartment complex, I would make it a part of the lease that I would have pet photos and descriptions and if I found any dumped on my property, I would not refund any deposits.

You have so many wonderful success stories here, though...congrats on all the lives saved! :)

I wonder if he got into someone's antifreeze? That seems to be a real problem if a cat decides to drink out of a wrong puddle...sometimes they can accidentally poison themselves.

We try to help them as much as we can. I had a cat poison himself once and he wasn't even an outdoor cat....he decided strangely enough to get into my packaged batteries and "chew" on them.....He was a hungry, flea covered kitten that I found in front of a grocery store...and he was sadly only with me a couple of years....

You may never know exactly what happened but you did do your best to give him a better life than he had.

I am truly sorry for your loss. I hope you have luck with his dad and I will pray for you.

I am terribly sorry to hear about Frisbee. It's so hard when the kittiess don't seem to want for themselves the same thing that we want for them, and it must be so hard to keep moving forward when something like this happens. But Frisbee had regular meals, his freedom, and people who loved him very much - and that's no small thing. Bless you for everything you do to help these guys!

Mighty Mouse continues to rally. He's almost back to normal, and now he has a friend named Curtis, who is almost as tiny as him. They are best friends!! Mighty Mouse has been through soooo much! I wish I had the zest for life and inner strength he does!

Oh my goodness! I just finished doing a scrapbook layout about Pumpkin today and then saw your blog post. I was already tearing up before I made it to the update that he's doing better. Will keep praying. GO Mighty Mouse!!

Poor baby.....I can see from your photo that he is on meds to help him get well. I will pray for his recovery. I am so glad he was found as he would not have made it out there on his own.
