What is Spay Day USA?It's a national campaign to promote spay/neuter as a simple, humane and effective way to end the tragedy of euthanizing homeless pets.
How can you help?By simply supporting local animal welfare organizations like Animal Outreach! Download and print out our
fun-draising flyer and on Wednesday, February 28th, stop out at Max and Erma's in Westerville for lunch or dinner. Present your
flyer and 20% of your purchase goes to Animal Outreach! (This fundraising event is only good at the Westerville location -
You can also download the flyer and email it to your friends, family, co-workers, etc. The more people that come out, the bigger difference we can make! Why?Thousands of kittens and puppies are born every hour in the United States. While these baby animals are adorable, the fate of most of them is tragic. Spaying or neutering our pets and feral cats is the most effective way to reduce the vast numbers of animals who are born only to die prematurely and without a family who loves them.
Animal Outreach is run entirely by volunteers and a good portion of our funding come from events such as this. In the past two years, we've helped spay/neuter close to 200 animals through our
SNAP Program. With your help, we can make a difference!
