Had enough of the holidays?....Not so Fast

As we welcome ourselves into a new year, we can now relax and look back on another holiday season. We can also take comfort in knowing that we can relax from the hustle and bustle that the holidays bring us.
After the holidays, our wallets may be empty, we can be tired from having to take down all of the decorations, and we have to adjust back to our normal lifestyle. We also look to the future, when we forecast the next holiday to be on February 14th. Thankfully, it is a month and a half away. But there are some of us that need a holiday fix, and do not want to wait for February 14th. Say no more. You’re covered.
January 14th is National Dress up your pet day. This one should help break up the gray and dank days of January. I noticed while shopping yesterday some of the pet sweaters for dogs at a local retail store. While these do not provide any stiff competition for the, for lack of a better word…”interesting” holiday sweaters we all see in December, they are entertaining to say the least. I particularly noticed a sweater with the logo for the Australian/Scottish Rock Group AC/DC. I envisioned our Australian Shepherd wearing it…and kept walking by. However, as we know, some pets love to be dressed up, and some don’t.
To liven up your January, taking part in this holiday may be just the medicine that you need.
