Help make the wishes of the longest shelter residents come true

Through no fault of their own these three dogs are the longest residents at the Nevada SPCA. They are all 3-4 years old, have all been at the shelter for several years, and are all unfairly maligned “breeds”. They are all also dreaming of a home for the holidays...
"Hi, my name is Apollo and I’m three years old. I have been at the shelter for most of my life. I think it has something to do with me being a Staffordshire Terrier mix but I don’t know why that should matter. I’m an affectionate boy and I love people so much that if you even look my way, I’m so happy to see you that I wiggle all over. They call me a wiggle-butt. I’m not sure how I feel about other pets though. I just want to be your one and only and if you adopt me I’ll give you all the unconditional love you’ll ever need. I just need someone to look past my breed and into my heart."
"Just like my name, Sugar, I am very sweet. I’m a 3-4 year old Bully mix girl. I love older children and some dogs my size. I love to play with all dogs although I don’t always know my own strength. But I am very well behaved and will listen to you when you tell me to do something. I have so much love to give I just need someone to give it to. Couldn’t you use a little Sugar in your life?"
"Hi, my name is Sandie (top picture) and I’m a three year old chocolate Bully mix. I have progressed leaps and bounds in trusting and loving people. Before being rescued by the Nevada SPCA, I lived on a golf course for several months. I was so afraid of people that I wouldn’t let anyone catch me. Thank goodness the people from the SPCA didn’t give up on me. Now people are my friends. And did I tell you I give the best hugs? "
If you, or someone you know, can give Apollo, Sugar, or Sandie a loving forever home, please come to the Nevada SPCA to meet these wonderful dogs. Help their holiday wishes come true.
