This in depth program presented in part by the American Bar Association will feature some of the biggest names in animal advocacy and is a must attend for anyone interested in helping animals that are the victims of violent abuse .
Ledy VanKavage, lawyer and lobbyist for the ASPCA is the Program Chair and she's heading up this who’s who of animal welfare heavy weight presenters! Folks like Francis Battista of Best Friends, Cynthia Bathurst of Safe Humane Chicago, Professor Rebecca Huss of Valparaiso University School of Law and Tim Racer and Donna Reynolds of BAD RAP will be there lending their expertise in their related fields.
The Vick Case has brought the focus of the victims of dog fighting to the forefront of people’s minds and this program will feature the forensic veterinarian, an Assistant U.S. Attorney, a criminal defense attorney and the court appointed special master/guardian in the case!
