February 14 is the official day that will be proclaimed Spay-Neuter Awareness Day in New Mexico with lobby seminars organized to help N.M. voters become effective lobbyists for the animals.

Armed with information packets on priority bills, you and other citizen lobbyists can meet with your legislators to urge their support of important animal protection measures.
