Update 6/26/09: Your support is needed as SB 135 moves to Assembly Ag Committee

UPDATE: After a minor amendment, SB 135 (Florez, Ban on Tail Docking of Cows Bill) passed the Assembly Public Safety Committee 4-1 and has been re-referred to the Assembly Agriculture Committee. The bill will be heard before the committee on 7/1/09.

? Contact each member of the Assembly Agriculture Committee prior to July 1, 2009 to voice your support of SB 135.

A simple message will suffice, such as: “I am calling (or writing) to urge
Assemblymember ____________ to vote in favor of SB 135 in Agriculture on July 1st. Thank you.”
