Hope for three puppies after they were found in the trash

Update: Sadly, it has been reported that all of the puppies have died of pnuemonia from being exposed to the elements while they were in the trash.

Garbage collector finds 4 puppies in the trash. Three puppies have survived, one unfortunately,did not make it.
