Rescue will take and place two ferals if another group can find Jasper a loving forever home

Meet Jasper, a beautiful neutered seal point Himalayan.
Jasper was caught as part of a feral Trap, Neuter, Return project in St. George, Utah. He was sitting on the porch of an abandoned apartment complex as if he was waiting for his humans to return. Apparently it had been awhile since his humans had left him, he had lost several battles with other cats and his fur was badly matted. The mats lead to a hair cut that makes him look like a lion.
Jasper is a Gentletom! He likes love, to be held and petted but is not demanding of attention. After his experiences outside he shows no desire for an outdoor lifestyle again. He does not rush the door, keeps his pen neat and clean, and loves laying on a fleece looking out the window.
Unfortunately, Jasper did test positive for FIV. Cats with FIV generally live long and healthy lives. It is only transmitted through deep tissue bites. Still, it would be ideal if Jasper found a home where he is the only cat or with other FIV cats. Somebody will be very lucky to have this sweet boy in their family.
Kris Neal of Adopt-A-Friend in St. George is caring for Jasper. Since he’s so sweet, she does not want to return him to the outdoors. Instead he needs a forever home or a group that can take a FIV cat for adoption.
Neal is willing to take in and relocate two feral cats in trade for Jasper. Neal feels that there are many rescue groups who may need to relocate TNR cats. If these groups have an adoption component and can help find Jasper a loving forever home, Neal will take in two feral cats in trade for Jasper.
