Speak up for the bully breeds.

Speak up for the bully breeds.

Russ Parr’s Friday morning radio show, on Cleveland’s 107.9 FM, the discussion centered around people forgiving Michael Vick and letting him back into the NFL; how once he returns, people will forget what he has done and become his fans again.

Not only did Parr feel this way, but his callers seemed to agree.

Sadly, Russ Parr did not educate himself before he started this topic. He was telling people that rescue groups jumped at the chance to take Michael Vick’s dogs and get rich quick. How they knew that Michael Vick would be forced to pay them large sums of money for taking the dogs. Apparently he did not realize the time and effort that goes into rehabilitating one of these dogs.

The Victory Dogs (SM) are not about money! Instead they are confirming that the bully breed is an excellent animal. Even after living through something so tragic, they are making their way into foster homes, permanent homes and making friends with each other and other dogs - proof that the Victory Dogs (SM) are simply amazing.

It did not seem as though Parr took the time to find out what Michael Vick actually did to the dogs kept at Bad Newz Kennels. He needed to do some research to find out how they were treated and the cruelty that Michael Vick put them through.

What you can do:
Russ Parr is heard by thousands every morning and he should make sure he knows the facts before he speaks.

Please visit his website, make sure you put his name in the box, and let him know that he should have educated himself before his program.

Speak up for the Victory Dogs (SM) and let Russ Parr know that we will not tolerate uneducated topics to be heard by thousands of listeners.
